By maintaining a ready fund, we can mobilize immediate support, provide essential supplies, and assist local partners on the ground without delay.
Your contribution to the Ready Fund ensures that when disaster hits, help doesn’t have to wait. It empowers us to act fast, bridge the gap in critical moments, and support recovery with dignity and compassion.
What the Ready Fund supports:

Purpose of the Commitment
Our mission is to promote the comprehensive well-being of vulnerable communities through social, educational, health, and spiritual projects.
This document expresses our commitment to each person who decides to join as a collaborator or donor of the project.
Commitments of the Organization to the Collaborator/Donor
We commit to:
- Provide periodic updates on the progress of the project, at least every 6 months, through electronic newsletters, videos, or downloadable reports.
- Report on the use of donated funds through annual or semi-annual reports including: Executed budget, details of the financed activities, and achieved results and social impact.
- Respond to any request for additional information within no more than 30 working days.
- Issue an annual donation certificate, valid for tax purposes where applicable.
Rights of the Collaborator or Donor
Every person who contributes to this project has the right to:

Receive clear, accessible, and verifiable information about how their contributions are being used.

Request to unsubscribe at any time as a recurring donor or opt out of receiving communications.

Validity and Review
This commitment will remain in force for the duration of the project and will be reviewed annually to ensure its alignment with the reality of the work carried out on the ground.
